Annual registration fee:

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $25. Applications will not be accepted without the required fee.

Annual supply fee: 

There is a $300 annual supply fee due at the time of enrollment.

Billing

The first month will be prorated per number of days attended for that month and be billed within the first week of enrollment.

Thereafter, tuition will be billed by the 1st of each month and due by the 5th.

For the month of June, billing will be charged at 50% for the first two weeks until The Forager School closes for summer break. Our summer programming will be handled separately.

No tuition reimbursements are given for any days a child is absent (including illness or vacations).

2024-25 Academic Calendar

The Forager School academic year typically runs from mid-August to mid-June. The 2024-25 school year will begin on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 and end on June 13, 2025. 

The Forager School observes the following major holidays: Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, and July Fourth. 

We will be closed for the following breaks:

• Thanksgiving Break: November 27 - 29, 2024

• Winter Break: December 23, 2024 - January 3, 2025

• President’s Weekend: February 17-18, 2025

• Spring Break: April 14 - April 18, 2024

• Staff In-Service/Memorial Day: May 23-May 26, 2024
